What we store
Your sign-in email, brief, professional details you enter, project files, generation history and order status. You may upload an inspiration image in the brief for analysis of its visual characteristics. The original is processed only to produce a description, discarded after analysis and not sent as an image to the logo generator. The description stays in your project and can be edited or removed. Portrait photos have their own purpose and consent. Do not upload patient photos, identity documents or medical records.
How the service uses this data
Supabase stores projects and authenticates access. Google Gemini interprets your brief and inspiration image and generates requested copy and portraits. Magnific generates sketches and brand proposals from descriptions and, during refinement, the MedLogos sketches you liked. The external inspiration image is not sent to Magnific. Mercado Pago processes payments; MedLogos does not receive or store your full card number. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that free generation requests come from a person, and Resend sends access and receipt emails. These providers may process data outside Brazil.
Registration and free trial
The trial requires an account with a verified email and allows up to three free projects per account, each with three sketches. A trial is used when sketches are delivered, even without approval, and deleting a project does not restore it. Technical failures restore the attempt. We use your account to track the balance and keep your projects. Anonymous sessions predating this rule are retained for up to 30 days of inactivity and then deleted with their files, except purchased projects. The delivery email entered at checkout is used to send your access link and receipt. To open your brands on another device, use the email link and verify the address with a code.
Abuse limits
To limit automated use of the free plan, we retain only an irreversible code calculated from your network address, never the address itself, for up to 2 days.
Photos and access
Photos and files are held in private storage. Access links are temporary. You can delete references and projects in your workspace. Reference photos become unavailable for access and generation after 30 days and are removed during the next account cleanup. Final files remain associated with the project until deletion. Order records may be kept for the period needed for payment and support obligations.
Session and measurement
Your browser stores the information needed for your signed-in session. To understand visits and improve purchasing, we measure entry pages, source or campaign, device type, approximate country and steps leading to purchase. A random identifier is stored only in the tab's storage and renewed after 30 minutes without a measured visit; it does not combine visits across devices. The session source may be associated with a project and its orders for up to 90 days. We do not send names, emails, briefs, project identifiers, full URL parameters or access tokens to analytics. The network address is transformed into an irreversible code that changes daily, used only to limit abuse and removed after up to 3 days. Sessions, events and attribution links are deleted after 90 days during the next cleanup. Analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. This version does not install advertising pixels. We do not publish your projects or use your photos as promotional examples without separate permission.
Your data requests
To request access, correction, export or deletion of your account, email suporteclicklogos@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify ownership before fulfilling account-related requests.
